Cancellation Policy

When you schedule an appointment with Professional Details LLC, the following booking terms apply. We serve the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) metro area in Texas. Book via our website, by phone, or in person. Same-day appointments may be available but are not guaranteed. No deposit is required. You’ll receive an email or SMS once your appointment is confirmed. Travel outside DFW is by prior agreement and may include a surcharge. Our published prices include tax. Your final price is confirmed after on-site inspection at arrival and may change based on vehicle condition (e.g., heavy soiling, pet hair, tar/overspray, biohazards, aftermarket issues) or special requests. Add-ons can be added if schedule allows. Before we arrive, remove personal items and valuables from the vehicle. Please disclose any known issues (leaks, fragile trim, electronics faults, aftermarket parts). For mobile service, provide safe, legal parking with adequate space and lighting and, if requested, access to water or power. For safety reasons, we do not uninstall or reinstall child seats. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments. You may cancel or reschedule at no charge if you do so at least 24 hours before your start time. Late cancellations made within 24 hours, or no-shows, incur a flat $50 fee. There is a 15-minute grace period; arriving 30 minutes or more past the scheduled time may be treated as a no-show. We may reschedule or pause work for weather, unsafe conditions, or other unforeseen issues and will notify you promptly.
